About the Role
Lenard Refrigeration Services (Pvt) Ltd is a leading provider in the cooling solutions industry. We are looking for skilled and passionate Refrigeration & Air Conditioner Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various cooling systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of residential, commercial, or industrial AC and refrigeration systems.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cooling units efficiently.
* Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
* Maintain accurate records of work sheets, materials used, and services rendered.
* Deliver excellent on-site customer service and address client queries professionally.
Requirements
* Certificates in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning obtained from a recognized institution (e.g., NVQ, German Tech, VTA).
* Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the HVAC/refrigeration industry.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
* Good communication and customer service skills are an added advantage.
