🚨 JOB OPPORTUNITY – RECRUITMENT OFFICER (MALE)

📍 Location : Nugegoda

We're looking for an energetic, target-driven, and passionate Recruitment Officer to manage and coordinate recruitment activities for our Security & Cleaning Operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for Security & Cleaning employees.

🎯 Weekly recruitment targets will be assigned.

🚗 Travel for field recruitment activities, including:

📌 Posting recruitment posters

📄 Distributing recruitment leaflets

📢 Conducting recruitment promotions and awareness campaigns

🤝 Building relationships with local communities, organizations, and referral sources

✅ Requirements :

🏍️ Must possess a valid motorcycle driving licence and be confident in riding a motorcycle.

🛡️ Previous experience in Security Services or Cleaning Operations will be an added advantage.

👨 Male candidates aged 35–50 years residing in or around Colombo are encouraged to apply.

👷 Experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment, especially for Security & Cleaning positions, will be considered an added qualification.
