About the Role
Cashray, a trusted and fast-growing financial services company in Colombo 05, is looking for a high-performing Recovery Specialist / Collections Specialist to strengthen our collections team.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review customer accounts to identify overdue or high-risk debts.
Analyse payment history and account data to determine recovery approach.
Contact customers and professionally follow up on outstanding payments.
Implement effective recovery actions to ensure timely collections.
Process customer payments, adjustments, and refunds when required.
Investigate and resolve billing errors or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
Prepare periodic reports on performance, outstanding balances, and recovery progress.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or related roles.
Prior experience as a Recovery/Collections Specialist is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of recovery laws, billing procedures, and collection systems.
Proficiency in MS Office with experience working on databases/CRM.
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
