🔹 Available Position:
Receptionist & Guest Relations Officer
🔹 Salary:
💰 Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 50,000 (Based on experience)
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Pleasant and professional personality
✔ Excellent communication skills (English essential; other languages an advantage)
✔ Ability to handle guest inquiries with care and efficiency
✔ Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems preferred)
✔ Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage (but not mandatory)
✔ Ability to work in a team-friendly, guest-focused environment
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
• Welcoming guests warmly and assisting with check-ins/ check-outs
• Managing reservations and inquiries
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Coordinating with hotel departments for smooth operations
