Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, cashiering, or administration is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and accounting/billing software).
- Welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and therapy services.
- Receive payments by cash, card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: LKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
