Job Summary

Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and physical comfort of guest rooms and suites. Ensures that guest spaces meet hotel brand standards prior to check-in and during ongoing stays.

Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Strips and remakes beds with fresh linens, cleans and disinfects bathrooms, vacuums carpets, mops hard flooring, and dusts surfaces. Restocking Amenities: Replenishes toiletries, towels, glassware, coffee supplies, and guest stationery. Guest Assistance: Responds promptly to guest requests for extra pillows, blankets, iron sets, or specialized room adjustments. Reporting & Inspection: Identifies damaged furniture, broken appliances, or plumbing issues and submits work orders to maintenance. Securely logs and delivers lost-and-found items. Safety & Security: Follows chemical handling protocols (WHMIS/OSHA) and maintains guest privacy and room key security at all times.
