Job Vacancy: Lifeguard & Swimming Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Monitoring: Actively supervise the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all club members and guests.

Emergency Response: Perform immediate rescue operations, first aid, or CPR when necessary.

Pool Maintenance: Conduct regular water testing, monitor filtration/chemical balance, and keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean and orderly.

Rules Enforcement: Politely and firmly enforce all pool policies and safety regulations.

Member Service: Provide welcoming, professional assistance to guests and support pool events or swimming classes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Certification: Valid Lifeguard Certification along with up-to-date CPR and First Aid training.

Experience: Prior experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant (club or hotel environment preferred).

Skills: Strong swimming competency, excellent physical fitness, and clear communication skills.
