We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CMK Aluminum Fabricators. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and a proven ability to manage project costs efficiently from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for aluminum fabrication and construction projects.
• Handle cost and bill calculations, measurements, and material quantity take-offs.
• Manage procurement and tendering processes effectively.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to verify completed work and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Negotiate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Support management with cost control strategies and project financial advice.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction or fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
