# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of CEB Towers, Grid substations and building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

【~】✪ Site Supervision: Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

【~】✪ Technical Expertise: Provide engineering support and technical guidance in the construction projects. 【~】✪ Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed according to engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

【~】✪Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early on and develop innovative solutions to address them.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

【~】✪ Minimum 3 years of experience in CEB tower installation, grid substations and building construction. 【~】【~】✪ Strong understanding of CEB tower design, structural analysis, and safety regulations.

【~】✪ Experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

【~】✪ Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

【~】✪ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
