Project Coordinator
Location: Sri Lanka (Colombo 3 Office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (Sri Lanka Time)
Salary Package: LKR 150,000 – 180,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team
in our Sri Lanka office.
This role supports our Day to Day Australian operations, coordinating with Melbourne-based
Construction Projects, and internal teams.
The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate construction cleaning projects in Australia
• Communicate daily with site supervisors and project managers
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress
• Prepare quotations, variations, and invoices
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Update internal systems and job trackers
• Coordinate workforce planning and labour allocation
• Assist with compliance documentation (SWMS, inductions, etc.)
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for management
• Support tender submissions and estimating (if required)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination or similar role
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work night shift hours (aligned with Australia time)
• Experience working with Australian clients is an advantage
• Background in construction or cleaning industry preferred
