Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage the utilization of raw materials efficiently and minimize production waste.
• Train, motivate, and supervise production staff to ensure optimal team performance and workplace discipline.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and maintain a productive working environment.
• Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth production workflow and resource coordination.
Requirements
• Diploma or higher education in Production Management or a related field is prefered.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production supervisory capacity.
• Prior experience in paint manufacturing, chemical, hardware, or garment manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently, ensure timely completion of production orders, and conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and maintain a clean working environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Sinhala is mandatory. Fluency in English is an added advantage.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off day

• නිෂ්පාදන ඉලක්ක සපුරා ගැනීම සඳහා දෛනික නිෂ්පාදන මෙහෙයුම් අධීක්ෂණය සහ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.
• අමුද්රව්ය භාවිතය කාර්යක්ෂමව කළමනාකරණය කිරීම සහ නිෂ්පාදන අපද්රව්ය අවම කිරීම.
• නිෂ්පාදන කණ්ඩායම් විනය සහතික කිරීම සඳහා නිෂ්පාදන කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය පුහුණු කිරීම, පෙළඹවීම සහ අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම.
• ක්රියාවලි වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම සඳහා ක්ෂේත්ර හඳුනාගෙන ඵලදායිතාව වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම සඳහා ප්රායෝගික විසඳුම් නිර්දේශ කිරීම.
• ආරක්ෂක ප්රමිතීන් බලාත්මක කිරීම සහ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 සහ ISO 45001 පිළිපැදීම සහතික කිරීම සහ ඵලදායී වැඩ පරිසරයක් පවත්වා ගැනීම.
අවශ්යතා
• නිෂ්පාදන අධීක්ෂණ ධාරිතාවයක අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 2-3 ක පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම වඩාත් සුදුසුය.
• තීන්ත නිෂ්පාදනය, රසායනික ද්රව්ය, දෘඩාංග හෝ ඇඟලුම් නිෂ්පාදන අංශවල පූර්ව පළපුරුද්ද වඩාත් සුදුසුය.
• නිෂ්පාදන ගැටළු හඳුනාගෙන විසඳීමට, නිෂ්පාදන ඇණවුම් කාලෝචිත ලෙස සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම සහතික කිරීමට සහ කාලසටහනට අනුව කටයුතු සිදු කිරීමට ඇති හැකියාව.
• ආරක්ෂිත ප්රමිතීන් ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට සහ පිරිසිදු කාර්යක්ෂම වැඩ පරිසරයක් පවත්වා ගැනීමට ඇති හැකියාව.
• විශිෂ්ට සන්නිවේදන සහ සංවිධානාත්මක හැකියාවන්.
