# 💠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 | රැකියාවේ කාර්ය භාරය :
【~】✪ Operate and maintain solar PV plant equipment including inverters, LV panels, and the 33kV switchyard.
【~】✪ Monitor system performance through cloud-based platforms and ensure all operations comply with standard procedures.
【~】✪ Coordinate with the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) and internal teams to manage outages, shutdowns, and operational updates.
【~】✪ Maintain accurate daily logs, handle alarms promptly, and ensure safety compliance at all times.
【~】✪ Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant efficiency.
【~】✪ Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and troubleshooting skills.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 | සුදුසුකම් :
【~】✪ Diploma or NVQ in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering (Electrician level or similar preferred).
【~】✪ 1-2 years in power plant operations or electrical maintenance, preferably in solar PV or MV systems.
【~】✪ Basic understanding of 33kV switchyard operation and safety practices.
【~】✪ Able to operate and maintain LV/MV systems and use electrical test tools.
【~】✪ Experience working with CEB for grid operations, shutdowns, and approvals.
【~】✪ Familiar with online or cloud-based systems to check performance and detect faults. Able to find and fix issues in LV panels, inverters, and protection devices.
【~】✪ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical systems.
【~】✪ Follows electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and proper use of PPE.
