🌟 Vacancy – outlet sales executive (Arroma Bakery Café – Battaramulla)

Join our Arroma Bakery Café Pvt Ltd team and lead one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing bakery café outlets!

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and well-organized Outlet Manager who can confidently manage our daily operations and drive the performance of our Battaramulla outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations with high standards of hygiene and discipline

• Promote and upsell Arroma products: bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and snack items

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets

• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally

• Monitor product freshness, stock levels, and display arrangements

• Ensure the outlet runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently

• Coordinate with head office for reporting, staff scheduling, and operational needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail / café / bakery management is an added advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales goals

• Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to the brand
