Operations Assistant (Male)

**Job Title: Operations Assistant (Male) - E-commerce**

**Location:** Keyzer Street, Pettah, Colombo 11.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.

- Be involved in new product category addition/ coordination off company premises visiting supplier locations.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers.

- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Support the operations team with data entry, report generation, and inventory tracking.

- Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and best practices.

- Maintain organized records and documentation of operational processes.

- Help coordinate logistics with third-party shipping partners.

**Qualifications:**

- O/L and above.

- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
