Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets for cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure that outlets follow proper opening and closing procedures.
• Verify that products are displayed correctly and are of high quality.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to protocols.
• Provide feedback and reports to the management after each inspection.
• Recommend improvements to outlet operations and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Desired Skills:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in retail or food service quality control is a plus.
• Ability to travel between multiple outlets.
