Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day Operations Management: Ensure smooth workflow and efficient allocation of resources, addressing any issues that arise in daily operations.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
Policy and Procedure Development : Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Budgeting and Reporting : Oversee budgeting processes, prepare monthly and daily reports, and provide accurate data for planning and decision-making.
Legal Documentation : Manage legal documentation related to the sales force, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Customer Handling : Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent service and maintaining positive relationships.
Task Management : Handle day-to-day tasks as assigned by management, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Data Analysis : Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to optimize operations.
