We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and committed married female Office Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare customer quotations accurately and on time
• Issue invoices and handle billing documentation
• Answer phone calls and coordinate with customers and suppliers
• Prepare staff salaries and maintain payroll records
• Monitor and record employee attendance
• Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and general correspondence
• Prepare and maintain daily office documents and filing systems
• Assist with other general administrative duties
