Key Responsibilities:
• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries
• Maintain office files, documents, and daily records
• Assist with rental agreements and vehicle documentation
• Coordinate with drivers and manage schedules
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Passed GCE O/L (Minimum)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Prior experience in admin/office work is an advantage
