Office Assistant
Siyasra Hotel is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will assist in various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Greeting visitors and clients with a friendly attitude
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is tidy and organised
Filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting other administrative staff as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE Advanced Level (A/L)
- Basic English knowledge
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
