Office Admin Assistant (Female)
Company - Community Kitchen - (Food Industry Charity)
Work Location - Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04
Key duties :
Perform general office duties such as maintaining records, and managing correspondences.
Answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Capable to handle basic in and out Cash Entries.
Qualifications:
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking office expenses.
Basic Knowledge in Any Accounting Field added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
