💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Motor Mechanic – Heavy Vehicles (Truck / Trailer / Crane Fleet)
📍 Location: Colombo / Workshop & Site Locations
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic handling heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers, prime movers, or cranes)
【~】✪ 🔹 NVQ Level 4 or above in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
【~】✪ 🔹 Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmission systems, braking systems, and hydraulics
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in heavy vehicles
【~】✪ 🔹 Experience in preventive maintenance and major overhauling work
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to read technical manuals and service documentation
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work on roster basis (day & night shifts if required)
【~】✪ 🔹 Physically fit and able to work in workshop and field environments
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Inspect, service, and repair heavy vehicles including trucks, trailers, and equipment
【~】✪ 🔹 Diagnose engine, transmission, brake, and hydraulic system faults
【~】✪ 🔹 Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing
【~】✪ 🔹 Perform major repairs and overhauls when required
【~】✪ 🔹 Ensure all repairs are completed safely and meet company standards
【~】✪ 🔹 Maintain accurate service records and job reports
【~】✪ 🔹 Coordinate with supervisors and fleet management teams
