Our client is a leading US based provider of due diligence, valuation, consulting, and operations solutions for mortgage and real estate finance businesses, and is setting up a team in Sri Lanka to support their clients.
The Role
This is a dedicated Bookmarking role supporting the U.S. residential mortgage team. You will be responsible for managing loan-level documentation, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining audit-ready records that support mortgage underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate digital records of mortgage-related loan documents
- Track and organize loan documents for underwriting and compliance use
- Adhere to structured templates and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with internal QA teams to ensure audit readiness
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in credit or accounting & finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Willingness to work in night shift
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong Preference for Candidates with:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Bookmarking on Residential mortgage documentation
- Strong familiarity with U.S. mortgage documentation
