Revenue Analyst

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to manage pricing and performance for 4 hotels in Central Europe market. This is a fully remote role where you will monitor room rates, adjust prices based on demand, and help maximize revenue.

You will need to check and update hotel prices every 2–3 hours, analyze occupancy and trends, and make quick decisions. Full training on hotel systems (PMS) will be provided, so prior experience is not required, but it is an advantage.

This role is suitable for candidates who are good with numbers, disciplined, and comfortable working independently. Strong English communication (written and spoken) is required.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in business, finance, analytics, or similar fields. Freshers and university/college dropouts can also apply if they have strong analytical thinking.

We provide a company laptop and phone, and the role is fully remote (work from anywhere in Sri Lanka).

Salary:

Entry level with no experience - LKR 40,000

1-2 years of experience - 60,000

2-3+ years of experience - 80,000+
