Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lathe & Milling Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will setup, operate, and maintain manual and/or CNC machinery to fabricate precision metal and industrial components according to technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

-) Set up, adjust, and operate lathe and milling machines safely and efficiently.

-) Read and interpret engineering drawings, and job specifications.

-) Perform quality checks on finished parts using callipers, micrometers, and gauges.

-) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

-) Work closely with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

-) Proven experience as a Lathe and Milling Machine Operator.

-) Strong ability to read technical drawings.

-) Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.

-) Good mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

-) High commitment to workplace safety standards.
