Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and website updates, to attract potential clients and candidates.
• Digital Marketing: Manage online advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media accounts to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Management: Organize and promote recruitment events, job fairs, and webinars to connect with potential clients and candidates.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining a professional image.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
