Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing & Events Assistant to join our growing team. VBR is a technology company, and we’re looking for someone to help us grow digitally!

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative social media genius to help elevate our pages and assist with marketing the business and events!

AL or equivalent (preferred)

This will include:

Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness

Assisting with event planning and implementing marketing strategies

Creating engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Responding to comments and customer email enquiries in a timely manner

Aligning social media with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management (this can be a portfolio)

Experience in retail, coffee shop, hospitality, or food-related industries preferred

Excellent photography and video editing skills

Experience with Canva/Adobe Illustrator

Strong writing abilities and eye for visual content

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Confident when working with people
