IT Hardware Technical Manager - (Male)

• Good knowledge of computers, laptops, computer hardware, and IT literacy
• Knowledge of the IT field is a special qualification.
• NVQ Level 4, 5, 6 Complete
• Must Be Able To Handle Works Independently And Responsible
• Active / Quick Learner
• Strong knowledge in computers, Laptops hardware, networking & troubleshooting
• Ability to manage technical teams and daily operations
• Experience in laptop/desktop repair and diagnostics
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to handle stock management and technical reports
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Windows installation, software setup & maintenance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Leadership qualities and team coordination skills
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a related technical field preferred
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in IT or related field is an advantage
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot motherboard faults
• Experience in IC replacement, BIOS flashing, short circuit checking
• Skilled in using hot air rework station, soldering tools & multi meter
• Age between 25 – 35 years (Male)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily technical operations
• Lead and support the technical team efficiently
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and accessories
• Monitor stock and technical inventory management
• Provide technical support to customers and staff
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and service partners
• Prepare technical reports and update service records
• Ensure smooth installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Train junior technicians and improve team performance
• Handle urgent technical issues and provide quick solutions
• Maintain workplace discipline and operational standards
• Support sales team with technical knowledge when required
• Stay updated with latest technology trends and products
