IT Hardware Technical Assistant Manager - (Male)

• Good knowledge of computers, laptops, computer hardware, and IT literacy
• NVQ Level 4, 5, 6 Complete
• Must Be Able To Handle Works Independently And Responsible
• Active / Quick Learner
• Knowledge of the IT field is a special qualification.
• Strong knowledge in computer, Laptops hardware, networking & troubleshooting
• Assist the Technical Manager in daily technical operations
• Support and supervise the technical team when required
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Assist in laptop, desktop, printer, and networking repairs
• Ensure smooth customer technical support services
• Maintain technical inventory and stock records
• Coordinate with suppliers and service centers
• Help manage installations, maintenance, and system setups
• Prepare service reports and update technical records
• Support team performance and workplace discipline
• Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge in computer hardware, networking & software installation
• Skilled in using hot air rework station, soldering tools & multi meter
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a related technical field preferred
• Age between 25 – 35 years (Male)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily technical operations
• Lead and support the technical team efficiently
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and accessories
• Monitor stock and technical inventory management
• Provide technical support to customers and staff
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and service partners
• Prepare technical reports and update service records
• Ensure smooth installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Train junior technicians and improve team performance
• Handle urgent technical issues and provide quick solutions
• Maintain workplace discipline and operational standards
• Support sales team with technical knowledge when required
• Stay updated with latest technology trends and products
