We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide dedicated system support for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems across all locations, supporting our client's technological transformation.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for IT systems.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT systems and develop
training materials.
Assist in the implementation and upgrades of IT systems.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement security measures.
Support installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Serve as the primary contact for client system support queries and build strong client relationships.
Provide regular updates to clients on system performance and issues.
