Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or talent management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Assist recruiters with posting job openings and managing applications
Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling activities
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documents
Take part in onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new hires
Contribute to HR projects including employer branding, engagement, and analytics
Prepare reports on recruitment activities and HR metrics
Person Specification
Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and candidate interaction
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace; exposure to ATS or HR systems is a plus.
