HR Executive (senior) – Student recruitment -Kandy
Need to have minimum 2 years’ experience.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily

Join a dynamic and growing team at Mount Mary International, a trusted name in overseas student placements. We are seeking motivated Recruiting Officers to guide students toward international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide career guidance to students aspiring to study abroad
• Assist with student registration and documentation for overseas education programs
• Maintain clear communication with students and parents
• Ensure compliance with company policies – strictly no cash transactions; only bank transfers allowed
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: HR Diploma/ HND
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their education goals
• Prior experience in education consulting is an advantage but not essential
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: Rs. 60,000/-
• Attractive Commission Scheme based on performance
• 6-Month Probationary Period
