HR EXECUTIVE

A well established leading Cash on Delivery Service with having island wide branch network, looking for young energetic & competent candidates for the post of HR Executive to it’s Head Office located at Kotte. Applicants who are from KOTTE, BATTARAMULLA and COLOMBO SUBURBS are preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding process

• Maintain personal files & other related documents

• Maintain and update the HRIS

• Preparation of monthly attendance of manpower employees

• Other HR related & administration assignments

Personal Profile

• Age below 28 years

• Female candidates only

• Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Possess more than 02 years’ experience in the HR field is required.

• Good Communication skills and excellent in team working

• Should be a good team player & ready to work with time targets

• Overall knowledge in HR functions including Sourcing & Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Compensations & Benefits Management.

• Ability to work under pressure
