Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Train and motivate housekeeping staff
Monitor cleanliness standards across all areas
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests professionally
