We are a small, couple-run guest house with 4 rooms. We are currently looking for a reliable All-Rounder to help us welcome our foreign guests.
Your Key Role (Long-Term Position)
You will be the heart of our daily service. Your main responsibilities are:
Breakfast Service: Setting up the area, preparing/cooking the breakfast, and serving it to our guests, followed by cleaning the breakfast area.
Housekeeping: Ensuring the entire house is perfectly clean. Cleaning the guest rooms upon check-out or every three days during their stay.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideally a woman aged 30 to 50 years old.
Must live in the Matara/Polhena area (accommodation is not provided).
Qualities: Must be reliable, honest, positive, and a person of trust.
Guest Interaction: Friendly and comfortable interacting with foreign guests.
Language: Basic English communication skills are required.
Experience: Not required. Your motivation and seriousness are the most important factors.
Working Conditions
Contract Type: We are primarily looking for a full-time employee, but we are open to discussing part-time options.
Working Hours (Full-Time): 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (7 hours/day).
Salary (Full-Time): 40,000 LKR per month (fixed).
Benefit: Extra allowance provided for lunch on working days.
