Santino Family is looking for a hotel worker who is not just a front desk person but someone ready to take full care of the property.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can support day-to-day hotel operations and take initiative in improving and maintaining the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest check-in / check-out

• General assistance with guests

• Daily inspection of hotel premises

• Keeping the property clean and organized

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

• Painting, patching walls, fixing small issues

• Helping improve rooms and outdoor areas

• Reporting any problems to the manager

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or property maintenance

• Conversational English is mandatory

• Responsible and self-organized

• Willing to learn and grow with the team

• Based in or near Mirissa (or willing to relocate)
