The Hotel Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking high quality meals for hotel guests and events. Duties include managing daily kitchen operations, preparing Sri Lankan and international dishes, maintaining food quality and presentation, controlling kitchen stock and costs, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards, and supporting kitchen operations for weddings and special events.
