Key Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-ins and reception support

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas

• Support housekeeping duties when required

• Assist in preparing and serving Sri Lankan and English breakfast

• Ensure breakfast area cleanliness and proper setup

• Carry luggage and respond to guest requests

• Monitor property cleanliness and report maintenance issues

• Provide friendly and professional guest service

• Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards

Breakfast Knowledge Requirement

• Basic understanding of common Sri Lankan breakfast items

• Basic understanding of English breakfast setup and service

• Ability to assist in preparation, plating, and serving

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene

Requirements

• Good communication skills

• Willing to perform multiple duties

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Team-oriented mindset

• Hospitality experience is an advantage

Working Style
