Hotel/Restaurant Manager - Ella

Location: Aloft Grand Hotel & Restaurant, Ella

Type: Full-Time

We are a Tourist Board-approved, tourism-focused hotel located in the scenic heart of Ella, seeking an experienced and versatile Hotel & Restaurant Manager to lead our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including cottages, rooms, and the restaurant.

Manage and motivate staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality across all departments.

Handle inventory, supplier management, and cost control for the restaurant.

Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Implement strategies to improve efficiency, sales, and guest retention.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

5+ years of experience in hotel and restaurant management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and handle operations independently.

Knowledge of hospitality best practices and health/safety regulations.

Salary:

LKR 100,000 - 125,000, commensurate with experience.
