Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen section.
Ensure all meals are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
Age: Between 18 and 50 years.
Qualities: Must be highly disciplined, honest, and loyal to the organization.
Experience: Prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not mandatory for those with the right attitude.
Shift Details & Work Pattern
Total Shifts: 40 shifts per month.
Shift Duration: 7 hours per shift.
Breaks: A scheduled break is provided in the middle of every shift.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: 50,000 LKR per month.
Salary Increments: Performance-based raises will be provided based on experience, loyalty, and commitment to the company.

මුළුතැන්ගෙයෙහි පිරිසිදුකම සහ සංවිධානාත්මක බව මනාව පවත්වා ගැනීම.
කාර්යබහුල වේලාවන්හිදී කාර්යක්ෂමව ආහාර සකස් කර ලබා දීම.
සුදුසුකම්
ස්ත්රී/පුරුෂ: දෙපාර්ශවයටම අයදුම් කළ හැකිය.
වයස: අවුරුදු 18 ත් 50 ත් අතර.
ගුණාංග: විනයගරුක, අවංක සහ ආයතනයට පක්ෂපාතී අයෙකු විය යුතුය.
පළපුරුද්ද: ක්ෂේත්රයේ පළපුරුද්ද අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.
සේවා මුර සහ කාලය (Shift Details)
මුළු සේවා මුර ගණන: මසකට සේවා මුර (Shifts) 40 කි.
සේවා මුරයක කාලය: පැය 7 කි.
විවේකය: සෑම සේවා මුරයක් මධ්යයේම විවේක කාලයක් හිමිවේ.
වැටුප් සහ ප්රතිලාභ
ආරම්භක වැටුප: මසකට රුපියල් 50,000 කි.
වැටුප් වර්ධක: සේවය කරන කාලය, පළපුරුද්ද සහ ආයතනය කෙරෙහි දක්වන පක්ෂපාතීත්වය මත වැටුප් වැඩිවීම් හිමිවේ.
