Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Hot Kitchen Chef to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking hot food items while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook hot kitchen items such as savouries, pastries, and other menu items
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hot kitchen area
Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
Assist with stock handling and minimize food wastage
Work efficiently during peak hours
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hot kitchen or similar role is preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure
