BOHO Negombo is looking for a Head Chef for a long-term position.
We are looking for a strong leader who can professionally manage a kitchen team of around 20 staff members and maintain discipline at all times.
Salary will depend on experience, professionalism, leadership skills, and work performance. We offer one of the highest service charge systems in the Negombo beach tourist area.
We are not looking for someone who will simply blend in with the team we need someone with AUTHORITY, leadership, and the ability to properly manage and control the kitchen while maintaining professionalism and respect.
