Guest Relations Officer

Mayava Villa is a small boutique villa with four rooms. We are looking for an additional team member to support our daily operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

Guest check-in and check-out

Guest relations and on-site communication

Assisting with breakfast service

Helping with room service and daily villa tasks

Working closely with the existing team

Requirements

Experience in hospitality or guest relations

Friendly, reliable, and responsible personality

Flexible and hands-on approach to work

Team-oriented mindset

Good English skills
