Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Assisting with ticketing, seating, and showtime information
Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
Ensuring cleanliness and comfort in lobby and seating areas
Supporting crowd control during peak times
Promoting loyalty programs, offers, or upcoming events
Providing information on food & beverage options
