Garment Production Merchandiser

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team and ensure smooth coordination between buyers, production, and suppliers.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end production activities from order confirmation to delivery.

◉ Follow up on production schedules, approvals, and timelines.

◉ Liaise with factories, suppliers, and internal teams.

◉ Monitor fabric, trims, and accessory development and sourcing.

◉ Ensure quality standards and delivery deadlines are met.

◉ Prepare production status reports and updates.

✅ Requirements:

◉ Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Production Merchandiser in the garment industry.

◉ Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.

◉ Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

◉ Ability to manage multiple styles and tight timelines.

◉ Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

📍 Location: HQ - Boralesgamuwa.
