Garment Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Garment Production Coordinator to join our team and support smooth production operations from planning to delivery.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

◉ Coordinate daily production activities with factory teams

◉ Follow up on production schedules, timelines, and output

◉ Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability

◉ Liaise with merchandisers, quality, and stores teams

◉ Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

◉ Prepare basic production reports and updates

✅ Requirements:

E◉ xperience in garment production or coordination (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

◉ Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes

◉ Strong communication and coordination skills

◉ Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

◉ Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)

📍Location: Head office, Boralesgamuwa.

⏱️ Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
