We are a newly constructed Service Apartment building consisting of 9 rooms in Mount Lavinia.
Currently in need of an full time Caretaker cum concierge.
Responsibilities
-Ensuring that all building facilities are well maintained. room cleaning and linen changes are a must.
-Assisting with room reservations.
-Responding to complaints and looking after building related matters.
-Managing the upkeep of the apartment rooms.
-Establishing property rules
-Collecting of rent and handling clerical and administrative tasks
-Taking responsibilities of building utility payments and finances.
-Day to day operational responsibilities
-Maintaining good relationships with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements
* General experience in Hospitality industry - Apartments/ Hotels is a must.
* looking for Male candidate who can stay in. husband and wife team can also applied.
* Fluency in English and Sinhala language.
