Strong experience in restaurant food & beverage operations​

Excellent leadership and team-management skills​

Ability to maintain high service and hygiene standards​

Skilled in stock control, cost management, and daily operations​

Responsibility for managing the bar as part of overall F&B duties (mandatory)​

Strong communication skills and passion for hospitality​

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Lead the front-of-house operations at the new Pan-Asian restaurant with a SriLankan twist​

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations​

Maintain high standards for service and hygiene​

Supervise and manage the team; ensure effective communication and performance​

Handle stock control and cost management for smooth running of restaurant and bar​
