What We’re Looking For
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management is required.
• Experience: A minimum of three years in an executive assistant or administrative role, demonstrating expertise in managing executive level responsibilities, HR functions, and accountancy tasks.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Sinhala, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in utilizing AI tools and relevant software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Public Representation: Skilled in confidently and professionally representing the organization at events, promotions, and public engagements.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
