Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee and guide daily production activities
> Supervise factory staff and allocate tasks effectively
> Ensure production targets are met on time
> Maintain quality control throughout the production process
> Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee performance
>Report daily production details to management
> Manage basic machine maintenance and resolve operational issues
Candidate Profile:
> Minimum 1 year Experience in factory or production supervision
> Strong leadership and communication skills
> Good understanding of production machinery and processes
> Responsible, organized, and reliable
