✅ Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production lines.
✅ Coordinate with the Factory Manager to achieve production targets.
✅ Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline, safety, and quality standards.
✅ Identify and report technical or operational issues promptly.
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
👤 Ideal Candidate:
🎓 Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Management.
💼 Minimum 3 years’ experience in factory or production supervision.
💡 Strong leadership and communication skills.
⚙️ Practical knowledge of production processes and machine operations.
💪 Ability to motivate teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
